META: Things we do not understand

Taking a break from (dumber) Hogville to talk about this blog...we do not understand:

1. Why an anonymous commenter keeps talking about Ed Bethune. We knew the name, but had to look him up in Wikipedia to remember why. Mr. Bethune appears to be a bit out of our target demographic, but, who knows? Maybe the 71-year-old erstwhile Congressman is planning a comeback run.

2. Why an anonymous commenter keeps talking about Booth Rand. Booth is a god in the Arkansas sports message board world and the great-grandfather of (dumber) Hogville. We have not talked with him since he sold the Pigpen to Rivals. He has nothing to do with this blog.

We are anonymous here. We're planning to stay that way for a long time. But we can assure you that neither Ed Bethune nor Booth Rand has anything to do with this blog or any of the people who contribute to it.
