This thread is mostly about navel-gazing on Hogville, but who's to say Hogville doesn't pack a punch? Maybe they really are the Heartbeat of the Program.

This is actually a pretty decent board, most of the fans are sort of sarcastic about the program but it's their opinion. I have been checking out various boards because Arkansas is one of several D1 schools offering my nephew so I wanted to get a feel for the fan base.It has been enlighening to say the least about Arkansas.

Smarter Hogville Analysis: My nephew is a stud, and he was thinking about Arkansas, but I am pretty sure we will be doing the Tomahawk Chop around the Thanksgiving dinner table, after what we've seen here.

If you would influence your nephew on his school decision based on a vibe from a message board; I'm pretty sure we wouldn't need him. We have enough idiots up there already.

Smarter Hogville Analysis: What we are doing has only one impact--getting Nutt fired. There are, by definition, no other legitimate consequences. So if you don't like that, suck it up and screw you. AND your nephew.

Wow, that's pretty harsh. I don't plan on influencing my nephew, that's my brothers job but they have been reading this board, so you just told him yourself.
