The short answer is no.
The somewhat longer answer is hell no.
The even longer answer is we don't need permission from anybody to do what we're doing here.

He also has a stupid moustache and wears demin shirts. It doesnt surprise me that the idiots at Hogville follow him. What does surprise me is that they can post from their jobs on the assembly line.
